We seek to be a friendly parish church that emphasises Bible teaching, outreach to our parish and community and practical Christian living in our daily lives and relationships. Our parish includes the villages of Oughtibridge, Worrall and Wharncliffe Side, and we see it as our responsibility to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with all sections of our community. We have a range of mid-week activities, including housegroups, prayer meetings and an active Mothers’ Union branch. We have an enthusiastic choir and a parish magazine. In terms of children’s & young people’s groups, we have a Sunday Club and a group called the Stewards for 11-15’s. For mothers with young children, we have the Sunrise group which meets in the Parish Centre on Thursday mornings and the Sunshine Hour, which meets on Monday afternoons.
